I would like to set on my active sprint board row's 'Todo', 'In Progress' and 'Dev done' column to stronger colour (same colour only I need stronger, because it isn't visible well). Is this possible?

You cannot change the colour of the lozenge in Cloud.
What is strange is that your In Progress status is shown with a yellow background. Are you sure you are on Cloud? What is the URL of your Jira instance?
Yes, I am. My URL is https://<company_name>.atlassian.net/. The second picture is the expected and it is from the internet. The first picture is from my cloud. Thanks.
