Unable to create slack channel in incident management

I am not able to create a slack channel in ITSM project from the incident that was created.

Ensure that the Slack integration is set up properly. Here is an article to support you. You need to be a Jira admin : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/use-jira-cloud-for-slack/
