I am using Chrome bt get a browser not supported error when clicking an excel hyperlink. I CAN copy and paste the hyperlink into the address bar and get to where i want to be. Others on the system do not have the same problem. I have tried defaulting to Edge and have the same issue
@Michael Steinmetz Welcome to the Atlassian community. Are you sure you are posting this inquiry in the right place? Is the link you are referring to embedded in an Excel file that is displayed on a Confluence page? Can you provide a screenshot to help with troubleshooting?
@Michael Steinmetz i am checking in to see if you were able to review my initial question to help you resolve this issue.
I have the same issue. Locally stored Excel file. Excel Professional Plus 2016. Link to our Service Portal shows Unsupported browser when opened from Link. Relatively recent Edge and Firefox behave the same.
