Harvey Balls for a Confluence Table

Question

Is there an easy way to depict Harvey Balls, as a means of conveying a Capability Maturity Map?  I noticed one 2019 question directionally similar, but hoping Atlassian has an easy way to pop-in to cells of a table such a visual.   (Quarter/Half/3-Quarter/Full is good enough for now).
