I need to create a workflow that the epic represent the last status of the most updated story, and if the last story is done the epic should close in DONE status.

We have an automation for Jira rule that will move the Epic to Done when all of the children are Done. It runs once a day as a scheduled trigger to reduce the number of executions of the rule.
