Template Responses in Comments like in DC

Hi there,

Someone showed me that in Jira Service Desk Data Centre they have the ability to build up template responses in comments.

Is this OOTB functionality that has been dropped in cloud or some sort of plugin they may have added at some point in the past?

 

Is something like this available for JSM Cloud?

Canned responses are currently not supported on JSM Cloud, there's already a suggestion raised with Atlassian for this, you can track it's status on Atlassian's issue here:

I will suggest you to vote for it and also watch it for future updates.

If you are open for 3rd Party Plugin you can explore - Canned Responses Pro Templates for Jira
