Unknown Error everytime I create a sub-task

Hi everyone,

Suddenly today, I always get an unknown error while creating a sub-task. I don't know the error detail or how I can get it. Please help.
P/S: I've used to create it successfully before.

I created a ticket https://support.atlassian.com/requests/JST-798221/ for Atlassian yesterday, and they'd deployed a quick fix for it. It's been working fine now.
