I suppose you want to fetch the issues from the latest closed sprint in your agile board. To my knowledge, one possible way to get this information is through a marketplace app, for example, using the ScriptRunner agile JQL function previousSprint. I haven't needed specific pull issues from the latest closed sprint, but I'd certainly look into the marketplace if I couldn't find an out-of-the-box solution. I'm sure others will contribute with alternative ways you can achieve the same.
