I reset my password apparenlty it had expired. Once I reset it tried to log in and now the captcha image is not showing. I did noticed at the end of my log in link this is displayed: "/login.action?os_destination=%2Findex.action&permissionViolation=true"
I suggest you try again with "forgot my password"?

Based on the destination url, it seems that you have not permission to access confluence. Please contact you site manager in order to verify that your account is ok.
