Assignee drop down missing team members

Question

Hi all, most of my team are missing from the assign drop down. I've followed the instructions on other boards but i cant see where the permission scheme is.
I'm on a team managed account.
How do I allow team members to assign tickets to all other team members?

Did you try typing in the user's name and not just looking at the names in the list?

Hi @Christy Small ,

Team managed project roles are different from that of Company managed project.

You need to add the required users to Members project role to grant them access to assign issues and Assignable user permissions. 
i.e. Go to project settings --> Access  --> Add people
