When using a custom date field (which we are calling "GDR Start Date"), we noticed that the year changes when refreshing the page. This is only happening, however, when the year selected is before 01/01/1942.
Example: The user enters GDR Start Date as 01/01/1940. After refreshing the page, the date displays as 01/01/2040.
If selecting any date after 1942, the selection is retained upon refreshing the page.
