Why can't I invite teammates? It showing 'Something went wrong, try again later'

Question

Whenever I try to invite a teammate, it showing an error 'Something went wrong, try again later'.

I am using free version of JIRA software web version and  currently total number of users including admin is 8.

Please, follow the steps below In order to further troubleshoot the issue:

* Try to clear your browser cache
* Check if the same problem happens in a different browser and on incognito mode
* If the problem still happens, please access your browser dev tools and check if any errors are returned when reproducing the issue in the console or network tabs:
For Firefox: What are browser Devtools 
For Chrome: Chrome Devtools
