How to remove "A quick tour of JIRA" on Jira cloud?

We're using JIRA Cloud with JIRA Agile and every time a new user logins to the system, he/she needs to see "A quick tour of JIRA" and next 12 steps. We don't want our customers to see such a help screens.

How can we remove these getting started screens? I disabled "JIRA Ondemand Welcome Plugin"  and "JIRA Welcome Plugin" but quick tour is still enabled.

Hi Zafer,

For that you must disable the JIRA Welcome plugin. Which I believe can only be disabled by Atlassian Support. So, if you raise a ticket on atlassian.support.com we will gladly perform that for you.
