I am unable to access Confluence , the URL is not opening applicaitons

Confluence status seems to be ok. Can you please share a screenshot of what you are getting? If the problem persists most likely you will need to contact Atlassian's support.
Please find the attached snippet of the confluence error.
So I would suggest to wait a bit, and if the problem persists, then contact Atlassian via the link.
