We are suing Confluence as a Knowledge Base.

Can we create alerts on pages to review and update the content?

There are a couple of apps in the Atlassian marketplace, which might help:

* Keep it up to date, a simple up which shows you which pages to edit
* Document Control, our app, which allows you to remind reviewers by email and sign pages.
