Provide Adobe Robohelp output to Confluence knowledgebase

Question

We are looking for a way to implement output from our documentation authoring tool (Adobe Robohelp) to Confluence.

As Jira Service Desk is giving a search option for knowledgebase articles, we need to provide the html files which are in many folders and subfolders to the confluence knowledgbase.

Does anyone have experience with this? We also tried a sharepoint connection, but without success.

Objective: Jira ticketing system shall have access to the detailed articles (HTML files) out of Adobe RoboHelp

Hi,

yes we already use this function. But there are a lot of challenges.

1. Videos (.mp4) are not displayed as videos, just as downloadable file.
2. Folders for a userfriendly structure are empty pages just with the headline. What needs to be included in RH that the Confluence page will have a MINITOC as it is possible to have it in Confluence directly? So we can add this command or html to the RoboHelp html, that Confluence can work with it correctly

Publishing to Confluence has just been added in RH2022 Update 3. I haven't tried it, so no idea how buggy it might be. :)
