We restarted JIRA twice over the weekend due to a DR test and it caused out Zendesk plugin to break. When we went to fix it, it claimed it needed to be reinstalled. Upon attempting to reinstall the app we get an error that tells us to check the logs. Looking at the logs showed the following:

Would anyone be able to tell me why it just claims "Unknown error" when trying to reinstall? It also gives a NullPointerException and I can't find any reason why.
