Is there a way to deep dive on Storage usage in Confluence

In the last month, my Confluence has jumped from 70% of storage used to over 90%. That seems like an insane amount of data and I'd like to better troubleshoot what spaces or pages are the biggest offenders so that I can clean up our account. Is there an easy to way to do this?
