Bulk create issues in JIRA on Server

Hi all,

May I know is it possible to bulk create issues in JIRA on Premise?

I know test cases can be bulk uploaded, but I couldn't find this function for issues.

Your test case imports are probably a function of a test management app.

Core Jira has CSV imports as the standard way to bulk import issues (and they can import bulk edits as well)

Yes, test case can be bulk import, but what about other issue, such as User Story, bug etc?

Yes, that's the right place. Jira has CSV imports built in, it's actually the test cases that are new!
