Jira Cloud for Slack (Official) I am able to use this app to track multiple project but it is so tedious to setup. I have 10+ project to track ,for each project I have to connect separately then add JQL filters in each project to get exact tickets update I am looking for. Is there a way to use JQL(which can contain filters to multiple projects) to track tickets instead using projects ?
Use Jira automation instead. It allows for you to do almost anything, then conditionally send slack messages to a specific user, or channel, with detailed or simple messages. You can use it to send a whole variety of messages depending on the scenario, including based on several filters.
