Why I am not able to see the backlog/active sprints anymore?

The icons for backlog and active sprints are not visible anymore in the menu, and when accessing the link to the backlog or active sprints, the following error appears: 

Sorry, you can't view this page

This page is only available to Jira Software users. If you think you should be a Jira Software user, you should ask your administrator to give you application access to Jira Software.

Hi @Oana Caloiu,

This looks like you've lost access to your Jira instance. Please reach out to your Jira administrators and check your access. Once you are re-onboarded to the tool/your license is renewed, you should be able to view the page with the required permissions.
