I need to know if in the Instant Websites hostname section (Space settings / Integrations), I can change to the hostname: docs.mypyme.com/docs, and how to do it.
Does anyone know, please?

Correct me if I am wrong, but the Instant Websites seems to be a third party addon, not native function.
It looks to be this app: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214121/instant-websites-for-confluence?tab=support&hosting=cloud , if so, I would suggest to contact the vendor support directly, so they can help you immediately.
