We are looking to highlight the custom field titles that are mandatory for teams to complete. Is this possible?
Yes. You can set required field to mandatory in the custom field options/configuration.
If this is set to madatory, does this mean that the field need to be completed before the item can be created? As we only want these fields to be mandatory before they are delived/completed.We just wanted to highlight them in a different colour so that it is easy to see which are mandatory.
It depends on which screen the custom field is associated with. To complete the issue transition, if the field is mandatory, the user will have to fill it.
If you want different colours, then that is something you will have to do via code.
