I am not able to change JIRA tool language from Czech to English

I have found where to change language preferences for JIRA, but when I change language from Czech to English, there is a message that I am not able to change language preferences, can you please help me with it. As I am used to use JIRA in English, I do not want to learn JIRA in Czech, thank you Dalibor

In order to confirm that we are on the same page, can you please provide us with a screenshot of the page where you are trying to change the language and another from the error message? Please, ensure you've hidden any sensitive information this page may have.

In fact, the selection of a language is applied to all Atlassian applications (Not only Jira) and configured by each Atlassian account. In other words, each Atlassian account is able to properly select its preferred language by going to https://id.atlassian.com > Account preferences or following the steps of the documentation below:

Manage your language preferences 

That being said, you can set a default language in the general configuration of a Jira site, however, that's just the language that is automatically selected when new users are invited, but they can easily change it to their preferred language afterward.

If you are trying to change the Jira default language, please ensure you are a product administrator or site/org administrator and follow the steps of this documentation, using your browser in incognito mode to avoid any browser issues.

Now, if you are trying to change the language of your own account, I believe your issue might be caused by your browser cache, network blocking, or some misunderstanding of the required steps to change the language. In that case, follow the steps below in order to fix the possible problems listed above:

1. Open your browser in incognito mode
2. Go to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences and log in with your Atlassian account
3. Select English in the field Language
4. If that doesn't work, please provide the screenshots requested at the beginning of my message.
