Is it possible to customize the email body template from an email notification received when we sign up?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to customize the verification email for new JSM customers. We created the following feature request to consider this option in the future releases of JSM:
Customise the email verification step for portals where anonymous portal isn't enabled
Feel free to vote and watch the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.
