automted creation of Sub-Tasks

I want to create subtasks corresponding to table in a confluence page linked to the issue.

I can create recurring subtasks. In my case the number and name of subtasks changes depending on the table content.

 

Any ideas how to automate this boring task ;-)

Short answer is No (with out of the box Jira functionalities). You could do that manually from a confluence table pretty easily (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fpuMAfBwf_8)
