Schedule a report for SLA Breached

Need to create a weekly automation report in which all the tickets where SLA is breached (In the past week) and also remains breached, I need to club SLAs I am able to extract the data for a single SLA but not multiple.  Can someone help me form the JQL ?

What doe your current JQL look like. The way I see it is that it is going to be several filters "OR-ed" together...

time to first response breached last week and still breached OR TTR breached last week and still breached OR other SLA breached last week and still breached

the above Is not a JQL clearly just conveying an idea.
