I want to update "Actual End" field value which has id "customfield_10009" How I can do that?

I have used

But got an error with status code of 415 which means my payload format is in unsupported format.

I am using

payload = {"fields": {

"customfield_10009": "2022-07-28T19:30"}}

Where am I going wrong?
