Question of the email notifciation when it passes the SAL time

Question

Hi all,

I am a newbie for JIRA.

so, it might be a basic question.

I want to send the email notification when it passes the time based on SLA.

For example, I will set the 10 mins for Time to the first response.

i tested it but it didn't send any email after 10mins.

Anyone can help to configure this setting.

Note that I am using the trial version for Jira.

Welcome to the Community and Jira! I would recommend you to try an SLA plugin for doing this. For example, SLA Time and Report for Jira add-on.

Just install this add-on, open it, and add a new SLA Configuration. Choose a time-limit based SLA goal type:

Choose a name of your configuration, project, calendar.

Select necessary conditions (for example, choose Start -> To Do and Stop -> First Response).

So that, you can set up sending notifications 10 minutes after the task got the "To Do" status. Then choose an automated action. For example, "Notify user in comment" and select a person or group of users who whill receive the notification.

Moreover, you can choose other automated actions to make sure task may be done faster or better:

I don't know. Where did you set the 10 minutes that did not work?
