Thank you so much for the quick reply. The excel like spreadsheet (plugin) no longer shows the detailed list of recipes. What I see is a total blank sheet - not populating as it used to be. When I click back to Jira, it will direct to this https://excel4jira.rickcloud.io/main.html then blank screen. Then the message of the ERROR: YKCM4U. Please help.
Can you provide the actual plug-in (add-on) name in your system?

nothing populates, just blank. What's weird is that, its only on my side that this blank issue is happening. The rest in my team is ok. Its populating with recipes.
