Can you track multiple customers on a Jira issue

Hello!

We are using Jira to Track feature Requests. When we create a new issue we created another type called "Feature Request".

Is there a way to add or put multiple customers on a Feature Request?

The idea is Development and Product Management can see what the demand is and who is asking for it to make business decisions.

Not from an external source unless you are using some type of third-party add-on.

Any idea if a custom drop down field could be pre-populated from a list of customers say from an CVS or other external source like Salesforce?
