Is Flagged field customizable?

Hi there! Is it possible to customize the Flagged field. My intention is having different type of Flags to distinguish the various blockers.

I have done this in the past, but then they locked the field. I would suggest creating an accompanying custom field with your choices and use automation to populate it, or just populated it directly.

Unfortunately there is no customization for adding different levels of flagging.

No.  The flagged field is a locked field.  However, you could do something like this:

* Create a custom flag field of your own (I've created a select field simply called 🚩 in my past). 
* Set up an automation rule that whenever the 🚩 is updated to set/remove the native flag accordingly

This will provide the flag functionality along with the ability for custom flagging that you desire.
