How to change username in Atlassian

Hello there,

We have a user who got a new email address hence we need to update their username with this new email address for Atlassian, BitBucket, and Confluence.

Its a managed account and I do not see "Directory" option under User Management. Under use's profile, it does not show me any option to change the username and we want to avoid recreating the user's account.

Please advise on how to change this asap.

1) How do I confirm if my Atlassian cloud is connected to Atlassian access? (sorry new to this platform)

2) Looking at your second option, we get the following hence we cannot change the username.
