Queue does not appear in Prject Sidebar

Analia Aguirre_j36io4

Hello

I need to create a Queue in mi Jira PRoject and I do not have this option in the Project sidebar. It is a Company Managed project.

Is it for the type of project?

Thanks in advance

Hi @Analia Aguirre - You'll want to verify the following:

• Project Type = Jira Service Management
• You're a Project Admin
• Your account is a member of the jira-servicemanagement-users group
