I just created a Sandbox in Jira Cloud and copied all data and media files across but i can't access most of the projects and it looks like it's the software projects. Any ideas? I tried copying the data again but still the same outcome! Has anybody seen this or know of the solution if any?
the permissions were incorrect so even with full admin over the sandbox i had to enter an "external user" level to my profile to see stories, once that was done the whole thing opened up
