Disabling the inactive users with no activity for past 180 days (6 months) using REST API

Hello everyone.

I want to deactivate the inactive users who didn't log in for the last 180 days using REST API.
I also need to be able to get the Active and Inactive users' account ID using REST API.

Suggestions are welcome if anyone has already explored this problem.
