My burndown is remaining flat despite tickets being completed w/in the sprint. I've confirmed that my Done status is mapped to "Done".
Any help debugging this would be helpful.
Are your issues in the last, rightmost column on the board? And all of their sub-tasks if they have any?
yes they are on the far right column and do not have open subtasks.
Sorry, I wasn't clear - are all the sub-tasks for the done issues in the rightmost column as well (not necessarily "open", but in that last column)
I have some stories that have open Tasks and many that do not.
Seems to be a false alarm as suddently the burnown is looking as it should. I'll have to keep an eye on it in the future.
