hi,

I would like to know if there's a way of deactivating the notifications through email when updating custom fields. Just for custom fields.

Hey @Alejandra González

unfortunately, you cannot customize the notifications to that extent in Jira Service Management and Jira in general. Updating fields triggers the "issue updated" event and it's not possible to reduce the scope of it.
