Is there a tabbing system to navigate between pages more seemlessly?

I have been tasked to set up a training knowledge bank.  I would like to make the information assessible without having to load pages.  Is there a way that I can set up a tab system in Confluence so the user can just click on the section it desires without having to load pages?

I don't know of any tab solution OOTB. However, you can easily leverage links. You could have an intro page that provides a page tree to all child pages. You could use something like << PREVIOUS - NEXT >> at the top and bottom of each page.
