How do I remedy the "No Active License" alert when accessing the Customer Portal?

Question

For some odd reason, JSD is triggering a "No Active License" alert on page load of the Customer Portal and any subsequent request pages. It seems to have started randomly, and it appears to happen across users/customers, although I don't have many to test due to the fact
 that it is still being built out.

How do I get rid of this annoying and concerning alert (I hope to be licensed)?

Turns out, this was related to an "Issue Picker" plug-in. I uninstalled and the issue was resolved.
