It might be a browser issue. Do all users get this error? Or just some? Have you tried it using a different browser? Have you tried it in Incognito mode?

I tried it in different browsers and the same thing happens.

another error it has is in the portal, it shows me this "Forbidden (403)" and it won't let me configure it
