Only allow shared user to view single project

Jia Jun Gan

Hey everyone, im using the free version of JIRA and would like to share some projects to colleagues in different departments.

Problem is, the shared user is able to view all of my projects instead of the one i want to share.

Is there any workaround for this?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Jia Jun Gan ,

Team-managed project or company-managed project?

Jia Jun Gan

Hey there, it is a team managed project

Hi @Jia Jun Gan ,

Please choose one of the following methods for access control.

Hey Ollie,

Both of those methods require the paid version of JIRA. I am currently on the free version hence are there any other workarounds for it?

Thanks in advance!
