Date picker choosing incorrect date in excel-like issue editor

Question

Hi,

When I enter the date as 1st of any month in the date picker, the date is defaulting to 1st July.

e.g. if I pick 1st of March 2022, it defaults to 1st of July 2022.

All dates, apart from 1st of the month work Ok.

Note:

This issue is only specific to entering the date in excel-like issue editor. The dates can be entered correctly in the issue on it's own.

Can you please suggest a solution?

Welcome to comunity!

Personally I am unable to provide a direct answer however this is a third party app

while you may get lucky in regards of third party apps and responses (sometimes there are either users of the app or the vendor themself on community) more often than not it’s best to open a ticket with the vendor directly. This is because the marketplace has 1000s of apps so not all of them have users accounted for on the community as atlassian doesn’t make them.

if you haven’t already I’d recommend opening a ticket here: https://www.ricksoft-inc.com/contact/ as this seems to be a bug in their application.

Once you get an answer from them though then feel free to share i tback here to help others!
