How to link stories in bulk change and bulk upload?

Hello,

I would like to seek your help for the followings:

1. We really need to understand how can we link stories while uploading .csv template at the time of bulk story creation?

2. Need understand how can we link or change or delete linked stories for the stories already created with the help of bulk change option?

Hi Shiva,

We have a KB article that should help here.  Please see How to import issue links from a CSV file in Jira.  It explains in more detail that you can refer to these issues by using the known issuekey of those other issues, and then mapping that value into column to represent the link type.

Please note, that to follow those steps, I expect that your account will need to be a Jira admin in order to use the External system import tool.  Non-admin users in Jira can still use the Bulk issue create, found on the issue navigator, but this import tool does not have all of the same features as the external system import tool.  Much confusion can be caused between these two features as both accept CSV files to create issues within Jira.
