We can't receive tickets from customers

We received information that today our jira is not working. Customer send us a ticket on our mail, but the ticket wasn't open in jira.

For your email requests, what output do you get from the logs? (Project settings -> Email requests)

It wasn't problem in jira. Problem was our microsoft exchange.
