Cannot uninstall 2 apps in Jira Cloud

I installed 2 apps to our Jira cloud test instance and cannot uninstall them now.

Apps are

Google Drive & Docs for Jira
Google Drive Connector Add-On

Is it Jira cloud problem or apps problem?
