I'm using number of team managed projects and looking at ways how best we can manage defects.
Ideally preference is to be able to create defects as sub tasks underneath the stories or parent tasks to maintain the direct relationship with the bug and the story. Unfortunately team managed projects does not have as "Bug" as sub tasks nor does it allow us to create a custom sub task for this purpose.
Would be appreciated if someone can share your practice and share if there is a way we can create a custom sub task type in team managed projects.
