Insight Discovery tool Permissions.

I was wondering what kind of permission does Insight Discovery tool needs in order to scan each and every assets in the network?

I've always used admin accounts (just in case).

The documentation says that credentials are using SSH for linux, WMI for Windows, and SNMP for network devices.

Thank you for the reply. It says about credentials but not about the permissions? Like does it need to have admin permission or just a user permission? etc

For scanning, Discovery uses credentials that the asset should recognize to log in.
