Export PDF Custom Header and datapoints

Question

I am struggling to find information related to the different datapoints accesible from the PDF Export edit area.

I need to add to the header:

* Version of the document

* Last updated date

* Filename of the page

Any tip to point me on the right direction is highly appreciated.
