Hello! Have anyone else tried this add-on from Chrome?

I reeeally would like it if it were working, sent out mail to support but yet no answer. I do not get it to work when creating new issues in Jira. Only when I am inside an issue I get overview of examples of duplicates. Anyone have experienced any of this and found a fix?
@Marcus Bengtsson did the vendor ever get back to you? Were you are to get it to work?
